    Purchasing things on X-Box Live with PayPal problem!


    I have already put my PayPal account in my payment option but, when I try to by something I says, "add a credit card"! Am I doing something wrong? I live in the United States. I'm posting this again because, the first post didn't appear on the forum.

    Buying things on X-Box Live with PayPal.

    Have you successfully used this paypal card for any other online transactions? You may want to contact paypal and see if there is any kind of restriction on your account.

    ... Also you may want to contact XboxLive and see if there is any account issues or dues you may owe which can lead to a suspension in making purchases!

    Can't purchase MS Point via PayPal

    I also added my PayPal account to renew x-box live... it doesn't work... I hope this will be fixed! or someone from mircosoft can help to resolve the problem! Why add PayPal as a payment option, when you can't purchase anything!!!! Frustrating, to say the

    Yes I cancelled the payment through paypal … but they had told me to contact Microsoft . My ultimate goal is to get signed up for X Box Live subscription .

    paid the game, can't download

    I have the same problem. My Microsoft account purchase history doesn't show anything on it- yet I renewed X box Gold yesterday- (appears on my Paypal and I'm assuming that worked OK) and have just paid for a skin pack now. The skin pack was debited on paypal
    but would not download and some error screen saying a problem with the payment account. So it has gone out of my paypal account but not available to download. Have tried the support xbox link above and it just says website not available.
