Purchasing/syncing problems

Ok, this has been happening for a while now but I am just deciding to make a thread on it because I've just recently began playing on my Xbox One again. So problem 1 is when I go to purchase a free game of the month, it tells me "Your account is unable
to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox," when in fact I am on my Xbox trying to make the purchase.

My 2nd problem is my Xbox not syncing games. A long time ago I had to give my Xbox a factory reset because a lot of my data had been corrupted. Well since then my Xbox gets stuck while syncing, and eventually gives me an error saying it can't sync,
this has made a lot of my saved data on games that is not saved online erased. I am sick of it and I decided to post here because I don't know what other subforum this fits in because it's 2 problems that I decided to express in one. Thank you.

Syncing Problems

i have had this problem now for a month now and its still not fixed i hope forza 6 dont act like that we spend all this money on game and we have problem with the could storage the most stupid *** every go back to hdd storage cause we cant access our files
in the cloud storage the problem is probably is a corrupt file in forza 5 that is causing the problem but nobody nows how the access the cloud at all not even xbox but it is there program

Syncing Problems

Ii am having same problem u are having i just bought call of duty ghosts and after the first few times i played it i could not sync. I don't know why pleas respond.

Hi Slamont01,

Usually issue #1 is associated with a child account and permissions with that. I would have your parent double check your settings on Xbox.com, Xbox 360, and your Xbox One.

With the sync issues, are you wired or wireless? I would see if the issues persist while plugged in. If you're still having issues, go to Settings, All Settings, Network and running a detailed network statistics test. Check your download bandwidth and latency.

i am having the same problem and i was far in the game i was over level 300 and had $31,500,000 and lost it all and i called xbox about the problem and they said delete the game and my game save form everywhere and i did now i lost it all and i am still
having the problem with the syncing just sits there and dont sync they need to fix the dam problem

mine wont let me sync any game or hulu or anything at all saying it cant find the last saved data

Hi SB_Typical, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Please perform an extended powercycle by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug your console for 5 minutes.

3. Plug it back in then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
