Purchasing Star wars: the force unleashed

Hi! I've been trying to download the second free xbox 360 game of february on my xbox one but every time i try to confirm the purchase it says "Sorry, your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." It's my 10th try or so in a week. Please
help! This is the one game I don't want to lose in my collection.

Star Wars the Force Unleashed I and II were excellent. There is also a Star Wars Kinect game and the Lego Star Wars games.

 

Forced Unleashed DLC

Any other Star Wars game > Force Unleashed.

 

Make sure your physical region matches your account region in order to download that game.

 

Why this particular game requires that? Monkey Island 2 didn't gave me any trouble.

 

Have you tried to download it from the store on Xbox.com, or its app? I'd recommend doing so, if you haven't. If Monkey Island 2 didn't have any issues, then I'd think more about your regions.

If the game hasn't been officially released in the region where you're physically located, you may see an issue like this. You need to be located within a supported Xbox Live region for 100% compatibility of Xbox Live and it's features such as Games with
Gold. To clarify, which region are you located in and what region is your account set to? As M3tal Daz3 states the physical region and account region need to match to ensure no issues with purchasing.
