Purchasing Shark Cards while In-Game causes Black-Screen

Not sure if anyone else has been having this issue or not, but every time I go to the Xbox Store to buy shark cards while in GTA Online, after the purchase is complete (or sometimes if I go back in game without buying anything), the game itself black-screens
and a restart of the game is required. The money is still shown as purchased, but that black-screen issue has been occurring since the August Update to Xbox One. When the game black-screens, it doesn't disable the sound though, but I'm unable to do anything
in-game to undo the black-screen issue.

Restarting the game and trying another purchase, restarting the console, or even clearing the cache on the Xbox One by doing a hard restart changes nothing.

Anyone else been having this issue? Is there any way around it? Has Xbox even addressed the issue yet, or know about it at all?

Any solid advice (that works) of getting around that when it happens would be appreciated.... Also, I don't need any advice saying not to buy shark cards in the first place. I don't purchase them often, but during the few occasions that I do, this has been
happening.

Shark card

I purchased my shark card 49.95 and didn’t revive anything but black screen and no money I reset and still nothing but I was charged

it a shame too cause some people pay for them 25 mil shark cards lol

It has happen to me several times , but not to worry the funds will be added to your online account in the game once you reload the game . As of last week it has been fixed. At first I too was worried . Sorry for the problem . If you are look for me we can

I purchased a shark card and I don't see the money in the game

The offer was in the actual in game loading screen while on my xbox one s at the time. I'm not sure if I am subscribed to xbox live or game pass ultimate? Not sure how to check. I do put xbox live gift cards in. I'm pretty sure my friend isn't subscribed
either. I sure hope this applies to me because I recently purchased shark cards and I would really appreciate the bonus.

So why is it that you are not allowed to gift shark cards. You can gift anything else but shark Cards. I have unused credit in my microsoft account but the only thing played is gta v and i want to buy shark cards for that game. But I can only purchase
it for my own account. I cannot transfer it nor can I buy a gift card with my credit even tho I purchased the gift cards myself to put on the account. And now im being told GTA V SHARK CARDS CANNOT BE GIFTED !!! Why !!??!?! Please help

If so those are t refundable

Only shark cards bought while in game can be refundable
