Purchasing Series X from Japan and using in the USA

Hello,

I purchased a Series X from Amazon Japan. I want to make sure I can use it without any restrictions. I believe power in Japan is same as in USA and console has multiple voltages on the power supply so not any issues there. Will my console come in Japanese
setting out the box?

I hope it is not region locked. I looked around and I don't believe Xbox does that. I did a little more digging and all consoles have a 120-220 v power supply and Japan use the same plugs as USA. I will be posting my results when I get the console, it
is Scheduled to Ship out on Dec 1st and arrive stateside by Dec 8-9.

I don't think it will. I believe only China has restrictions when it comes to consoles.

Hello, was the dlc previously purchased and downloaded outside of Japan? If so was it then deleted and reinstalled in Japan?

No it was never reinstalled or deleted andI purchased in USA

Hello, I will be moving from Japan to the U.S. If I purchase an Xbox one or a One X from Japan, will I be able to use it in the U.S and play U.S games? Or are the Xbox One and One X region Locked?

No, the console from a disc perspective is not region locked. And baring a plug with a ground (which I do not think the US plug has) the power adapter should also work in Japan as the power requirements are the same. The only think you will need to make
sure to do is change your purchase region to Japan from the US to purchase content locally there for digital games.
