Purchasing Season Pass with reedemed dollar code

I went to Gamestop some weeks ago and I bought the Watch Dogs season pass. Then I came home and today tried to reedem it, I changed my region to United States and reedemed the code, then I got $23 dollars in my account. Now I try to purchase Watch Dogs Season
Pass through the computer and it wants me to add a new option of payment, so I'm not able to use the dollars I already have on my account. Thanks for the help and I'm sorry for any grammar error.

Error Code 800700E8

I keep getting this code when I go to my download history and try to redownload something I reedemed.

I redeemed my code for a season pass but it isn't showing up anywhere,When I go to download history(even on the website) I guess its listed as "unknown title" but I can't redownload it,Message pops up as Error Code 800700E8.

 

Episode 2 Season Pass problems

Hey guys, this is just a heads up for those of you trying to play Episode 2 that have a season pass. I just bought the season pass and apparently they are having a problem with allowing season pass holders to automatically download and play the next episode.

So I haven't actually been able to get the second episode yet. I'll be waiting for the code in my messages. Kind of a bummer, because I was really looking forward to playing it tonight. Oh well, hopefully it will come tomorrow and I can play it for a bit before work on Monday. By the way, for those of you that played Episode 1, did you get all of the achievements? I was missing one. My buddy told me to go back and play the last section. Hunt: If you didn't tear off a certain arm, replay it and tear it off, or vice versa. You'll get that last achievement!

P.S.: I do have the game, I bought it on the same store and already played a few hours.
