Thanks for all the details, Vantex! I really do understand the frustrations with this. We have been working on this since the beginning of the month, though we are a separate team from phone or chat teams. My team works at the Redmond campus in Washington
State, and works with users here on the forums, Reddit, and Twitter. Apologies for any confusion surrounding what information everyone knows about. I can assure you we've been looking into this, though.

I'm going to update them with your information. I've got you saved so I can dig into it more, but you are definitely showing the symptoms of being part of this issue. At this time, there's no workaround for what you're running into, but I will update you
once I have more information.

I'm in the UK, yeah i noticed that when i added a new account to my family (to test if it would work) that it then started to have issues too...

That sounds like the Store not recognizing your FIFA 17 license on your account yet. As long as it installed and you can play it, you shouldn't run into any issues with it showing up on the Store as needing to be purchased. It may just need some time to
refresh the Store with the license on your account.

ok thats fine, i brought a new xbox one s today also so i can have two consoles at home to check different things if need be lol
