    Every time I try to purchase a backwards compatible title on my xbox one, I click "see price", then I click, "continue" on the next screen, then i click "confirm" on my payment info (which is up to date) only to be met with a screen that says "Sorry. Your
    purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again". I've tried signing in and out of my profile, i have hard reset the xbox and I have reset my router, nothing seems to work.

    Ive had an Xbox one previously but now when I try and purchase items on the store it just says working once I select the buy option?

    Do you have this only on backward compatible software or also on xbox one games?

  5. Just backwards compatible. and not with the free Games with Gold titles (those work fine). I only see that on ones I try to purchase.

    Hi!

    Check that the games are in the list.

    Then try to access the store with the browser and purchase the game. In the console you will see the game in the "Ready to Install" section.

    By console, instead, try to eliminate the profile and re-download it. Then proceed with the purchase.

  7. I am getting the same response trying to use a browser. "Sorry. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again" Specifically I am trying to download Ninja Gaiden Black and Star wars KOTOR. I even tried a second xbox with my account, and
    got the same results. I do not have a child content filter on, I know my payment method is fine. I'm not sure what else to check

    It's some sort of billing issue. Go to billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If you can't fix it there, call support and talk to billing and they will help you sort it out.

    Puchaseing errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and
    http://account.microsoft.com/services
    for any outstanding amount issues. After that try purchasing on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that account, console and store region match, using different regions van cause issues too.
