Purchasing Problem/World Of Tanks Store

Hello,

i'm not able to purchase packages in the XB1 World Of Tanks ingame-store.

Everytime i tried it I get a loading screen with a cancel option bottom left, then it fades followed by a blank black box which takes me back to ingame store.

I'm in contact with wargaming support and they say, that i have to submit a ticket to MS.

MS has requested this before int he past and was able to then resolve the issue for players.

I've checked cable connection and wireless. I do all of the following steps several times:

QUOTE 2:

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until the Xbox One completely powers down.
   
2. Disconnect the power cable from the Xbox One so the power brick isn't connected to the console.
   
3. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds; completely unplug your power brick from both the wall and Xbox. This will drain any remaining power from the battery.
   
   • You'll have to let the light on the power brick go from white to orange before progressing further.
     
4. Power Cycle your Home Network by unplugging your modem, unplug your router and unplug your Xbox for 5 minutes (None of this will harm your Network and is part of Network good Network Maintenance practices).
   
5. Reconnect the power cable to the console.
6. Turn on the console via the power button.

Additional Info:

Every other purchase is possible - pre order for Fifa 17, Mafia 3, etc. MS Store-Packages for WOT - no problem...

world of tanks. Error when buying gold.

Hi. Has any one had problems when purchasing gold in the World of tanks store?

I have tried to buy some gold today, got an error code, didn't download the gold pack, but got a confirmation E-mail from Paypal saying I have been charged for it.

Heard some one in game saying he'd had the same problem. He was from the U.S.A.

As for the Minecraft game, it is not backwards compatible. However, you can purchase the One version of the game and then move your son's saves to the Cloud on the 360 and then upload them to the One from the Cloud so he can continue playing there.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Do you receive any sort of error message or error code when you attempt to make the purchase? If so, please provide that to us so we can investigate a bit further.

Also, if you haven't yet, another step to try is to
remove your Xbox Live account from your Xbox One console, power cycle, and then log back in and try again.

The Wargaming Support tells me, that this issue is definetly a Microsoft Problem... - perhaps related to xbox preview dash...

The issue is "not receiving the MS purchase command dialogue box" - any other purchase is possible (for example Microsoft Store) and there is no problem with my account or wallet...

When I come home - i'll try your advice and keep you posted
