    Purchasing points for NFL 16


    I go to add points to my account, choose the package, choose how to pay, then it comes up with an error "Something went wrong" but doesnt display an error code and it doesnt matter which way I choose to pay. Does anyone know how to fix this? I already updated
    my billing information and tried and that still didnt work.

    My Xbox broke

    It worked for my games except one - Madden NFL 16 But thank you!

    Purchasing points for NFL 16

    I have the same problem but an error msg comes up and says transaction purchase error : 231626 I've had it since Christmas day got a hold of ea origin microsoft and xbox. They gave me my points but failed to remove the error so it still pops up every time
    I try to select points. It's horrible

    How Download a Game that Comes with a New Xbox 1

    I can't find the 25 character code. In the description of what we bought it said the following:

    Xbox One EA Sports Madden NFL 16 Bundle, featuring a 1TB hard drive, a full-game download of Madden NFL 16, and one year of EA Access.

    I took this as meaning a free download. Maybe that's not the case?
