    I just bought a Xbox card and tried to buy cod points but it said my setting don't allow it and I can't change it cus it won't let me add my dad's Xbox account under family it has his old account he does not remember and I can't add his new one, and I don't
    know what to do. Pls help

    Purchasing items.

    Hello I have been having trouble lately. I downloaded the Beta Program and ever since I haven't been able to purchase items and I also tried to take this problem in my own hands but I couldn't seem to figure anything out so please help. ASAP. Thank

    Could you try to purchase those items on the Microsoft or Xbox store online through the web?
