    Hi, My son has an Xbox which is linked to my Microsoft account. After my credit card being maxed out, I have noticed lots of 'Microsoft Xbox' purchases. When I have looked into this there are 2 other Xboxes linked to my account that I didn't recognise. I
    have immediately deleted them but is there a way of telling which serial number Xbox made the purchases? Many thanks

    When did it say would be your estimated delivery date? Obviously there are many factors that can contribute to delays, but if it gets to the date that you were supposed to have received it and you still haven't gotten it, then I would start hunting for
    answers. Hopefully you will get it on or close to when you were supposed to get it.

    Sorry to hear you have had such a horrible experience, might I suggest in the future enabling parental controls for purchases. Below I have included a link that you can copy and paste into a web browser to learn more about this subject.

    Also, in the future if you get rid of a console be sure to remember to restore it to factory conditions. If you do not, and someone purchases your console, and you don't have to parental controls enabled, they can steal your details.

    Does your child share an account with someone else? For this he has to leave his account as the main one on another console, and the other person can access this data, and this process is not recommended.

    Has the payment also went through on your account yet. If so it could also be that shipping is delayed since people are staying home from corona. That's just a theory though.
