    Purchasing Issues


    Hi,

    Currently getting issues purchasing through xbox live either on my phone using the app or logging into my account on PC.

    Nothing wrong with my payment method as checked with my bank, and payments were working the other day

    I have checked the service status for purchasing but this is fine

    Is anyone else experiencing problems, could it be down to the black friday deals

    Issues Purchasing

    I have tried purchasing things from my Xbox but an unable to, yet when I try to purchase things from my brothers xbox everything works fine, however this is useless because I do not have the access to my brothers xbox that I do with my own. There is no error
    message, it just says to contact my financial institution, which I did and they said the problem isn't on their end.

    Happy Wars is a free to play game it doesn't have a "trial" it's just the full game that's available for free.... Don't know what issue you're experiencing but it's not related to this thread
    so please make your own thread in regards to your specific issue.

    Hi I was skimming through my games market place on friday night and decided to try the trial for Happy Wars so i'd clicked on "Get trial now" and downloaded it. Then as i was playing it an achievement popped up and thought hang on something is not right
    here so I checked my last purches online and noted that it took my MS Points just for selecting Get trial now. Now at the time its was the only opition avilable they was no see full game or unlock full game just Get trial now which think is either a con or
    an error on thier part. If any one has had this or encounted this problem before and/or know to solve it please let me know.

    You can try contacting phone support, but they are limited to what they can do for FIFA points when they have absolutely no control over the points they add from EA's points system.

    @Hassassinade, i've done that and they said I needed to contact Microsoft for the problem.
