Purchasing Issue

Hi,

I recently buy a digital copy of Rise of Tomb Raider.

I donwload the Demo first, than when the probation period was expired I decide to buy the game...

When I was selecting: "buy" nothing happen, then I try again, for a total of 4 times.

After I restart my console the full games was unlocked but now is charged on my credit card 4 times, is like if I buy the same games for four times.

Please fix that issue...

purchasing issue

I am trying to buy the Fifa 15 holiday bundle for xbox 1 with store credit. It keeps on saying that I am blocked from purchases of free or paid content. It then says in the help to go to settings>privacy and online safety. Once I go to this it says your
privacy settings are in effect, but can't be changed until we connect to the service. I am connected to Live just to throw out that possible problem. Please Help!

 

Issue purchasing

When I try to purchase the game it redirects me to the UK store and says 'You have no valid payment options on file' and when I try to update them I cant put my country(Ireland) in. I've tried to buy on the console itself as well and then same thing keeps
happening. Any help would be appreciated.

My son got an xbox one for Christmas, he had an xbox360 prior. I have an acct and billing and purchasing all set up and use regularly, when I tried to buy a skin pack on minecraft today it wouldn't let me and kept saying 'something went wrong' try again,
if persists look up error code below. I tried searching the error code , but no matches, not sure if I entered it wrong. When I first confirmed the purchase on my existing credit card today, it was prompting me to enter the info related to my email acct. I
typed a wrong number in the cc # and didn't complete the security code, I never actually pressed save.. and I couldn't go back and reenter.... I'm just wanting to buy this skin pack from minecraft for him.. not sure If I need to registry the xbox one or something
or messed something up when entering info. Do you know what is happening? Suggestions? Thanks

 

I have a gold code which needs redeeming however when i go to do so it says i have already got gold but i cant join parties and online games

please help.
