    my purchases on 20th and 25th February 2017 has not yet been noted on my Xbox Rewards account again.

    It's all in WorldOfTanks:

    amount: 11,99 €

    Order number 3478048445 d2313857-aa09-47de-b080-246df74ae6d0 850 Gold: Einsteigerset – Kraken-Edition

    amount: 4,99 €

    (The promised
    Kraken-Edition did not work. Maybe this Problem is on WorldOfTank)

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

    Since it has not yet been 15 days since your purchase, the Credits have not yet been awarded.
