purchasing in game currency through paypall doesn't work?

Hello,

I purchased in game gems in Smite today. I payed through paypall.

But the strange thing i received a mail that i bought gems and i received a mail from paypall that it's paid.

But i didn't receive the gems...

Does anyone has an idea what to do?

Error code 80181102 after purchase in marketplace

I bought GTA IV in the marketplace but after purchasing the game wouldn't download and I got error code 80181102. The money was taken out of my paypall account but the game is nowhere to be found and also doesn't show up in my download history. What to do
now?

Thanks for your reply, My problem is solved since yesterday.

I got a reply from hirez and this solved my problem:

"Hello,

Please try this:

Login to Smite on your Xbox and go to the redeem a code section. Enter a random code and press submit.

This should unlock your Gem purchase but let us know if this did not work.
