Purchasing in-game content

This same thing is happening to me. But the game was Apex Legends. I bought a $20 pack of apex coins and didn’t receive the coins. Though the purchase was in my billing history. Even if I wanted to refund it I can’t, I’m out of refunds. This is happening on Xbox.

Most games that have add-ons require Microsoft points to buy them. If you're looking for add ons specific to your game id type it in the search or go to that specific game.

We've been trying to purchase some skins special on Fortnite but it simply won't let us. It's been like this for 5 or 6 days now.

When your looking at the game on the marketplace you look and see if there is any dlc or add-ons to buy, if there aren't then that game is a full game. If there are then you have to buy the add-ons to have everything that you want in the game.

Not all games have all the content right out of the box. Some do and some don't. A lot of games don't have any extra content to buy. You can sometimes buy the disc with all the DLC in it.

That Tuner Car bundle is just an add on that you don';t need. Unfortunately, we can't give you an answer as to why it is a complete game on the Wii.
