    Purchasing help on xbox one


    Help guys!

    The past few days, every time i click "buy" it pops up and says "working". Stays that way indefinitely. No errors come up either

    I spoke to xbox support, they say everything is good on their end and my account is fine.

    My payment method is still valid but i dont even make it that far to choose payment option.

    Also, website wont load next page once I attempt to purchase. I've checked my permissions and hard reset multiple times

    Xbox One: Day One Edition Free Game.

    I purchased an Xbox One on Day One.

    I received a message from Xbox Live thanking me for purchasing a Xbox One Day One Edition and it contained a free game code.

    I can't retrieve that message Purchasing help on xbox one :(

    That one will have a 500gb internal hard drive. One games are a lot larger than 360 games so that can fill up pretty quickly. You can add an external hard drive to add more storage though.
