    Games With Gold (Theros) Will not download. Keeps saying Stopped when I try to install

    I saw there is an issue with purchasing and downloading content but it only shows for the Xbox 360 having that issue.

    Downloading and purchasing issue.

    I already cleared all that data and restarted my Xbox and same issue I can't purchase online either. I called ms today and they said my account is suspended but can't tell me why

    Yeah I recently purchased a dlc pack my account was charged, but I got an error message and my purchase did not download. Hopefully there will be a fix coming soon

    Yeah I recently purchased a dlc pack my account was charged, but I got an error message and my purchase did not download. Hopefully there will be a fix coming soon

    Having issues to download a purchased game

    Hi PiddlingHawk482, for now you could use a USB flash drive, I would use a 16GB one, that way you can install the game to the usb and any saves can be saved on there too. Instructions on how to use a usb flash drive are here
