    I tried to purchase game pass using PayPal but I kept having this error after the PayPal redirect page; "Your account wasn't authorized or added." I tried to use my card on other apps and it seems to be working fine.

    You can't use a gift card to buy gamepass or live gold. You either have to purchase it with a credit card or PayPal on the console. You can also get a gamepass code from retail.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately currency cannot be used for this purchase. I'm afraid that you can only use a credit card, debit card or paypal to make this purchase.
    You can use microsoft currency too pay for gold and gamepass but you do need a card on filie
