    Purchasing FIFA Points,but didn't get the Points


    Last night, I purchased 500 FIFA Points in FIFA 15 on XBOX ONE, I have purchased and got the confirmed email, but didn't get the Points in game, I contact EA, they said my purchasing is not valid, let me contact microsoft, so......how can I solve the problem

    I had purchasing FIFA point in FIFA 15 on my XBOX one, at first, i chose 4600point, it show "Checkout Error", and i didn't get any FIFA point.

    Then i select 2200point to purchasing, it show " Checkout ERROR" again, and i didn't get any FIFA point,

    after that i stop any purchasing on XBOX, but finally, i still receive the purchasing mail from Microsoft and count to my credit card.

    I would like to know why i didn't get any FIFA point, but you still charge my credit card?

    is it anyone can help me? i feed the payment sercurity seem too danger!

    I just bought Fifa Points. The money is gone but I didn't recieve the points. Will I get the money back or will I get the Fifa Points I actually bought?

    Sorry to hear it. Normally EA would take care of this but if they say your purchase method is not valid that would suggest a billing issue which must be address by phone support. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    i take it you had no problem get the microsoft points but you had problems with just getting the fifa points?
