Purchasing ERROR in FIFA15 (FIFA point)

Purchasing ERROR>

I had purchasing FIFA point in FIFA 15 on my XBOX one, at first, i chose 4600point, it show "Checkout Error", and i didn't get any FIFA point.

Then i select 2200point to purchasing, it show " Checkout ERROR" again, and i didn't get any FIFA point,

after that i stop any purchasing on XBOX, but finally, i still receive the purchasing mail from Microsoft and count to my credit card.

I would like to know why i didn't get any FIFA point, but you still charge my credit card?

is it anyone can help me? i feed the payment sercurity seem too danger!

Purchasing FIFA Points.

this can caused by 2 issues.

- your account may have a lock on it for purchasing in a irregular time frame. i would give 1-800-4my-xbox a call and see if that is the issue.

- depending on where you are purchasing the contect. some select games have yet to update the to currency format and state in points amounts which no longer are in play in the system

Purchasing FIFA Points

Ok so i have tried to download FIFA Points for my ultimate team. When i get to purchase the points an error pops us asking me to go to the XBOX site. Also on the top right corner it says that the points have been downloaded when they havent. On the error
it gives me a code to use on the XBOX site in which i use and it cant find the code im using. Ive used the code correctly too. Thanks.

PS. Im on BETA for the XBOX.

Affected services:

Buying downloadable items

Downloading items that you have already purchased

Paying for downloadable items with a credit card

@Mister Ohnaka There is money in my ms account, I got to purchase the fifa points i.e confirm purchase , the error comes up "there is an xbox error please try again later " then it says that there is a problem with the fifa check out.

So firstly its an xbox error then its a fifa error.

@Ardl I've tried again this morning and the same thing comes up. I'll try ea and see if I can get anywhere.

Same here, I redeemed FIFA15 on HK day one on 23 Sep, and it start download,

and then I somehow got the fifa 15 to download from the store aswell,

now I have too fifa15 sitting in my game list,

and the redeemed one seems not start to install but the store one start to install up to 99% then stopped,

I thought that the redeemed one might conflict with the store or some how so I removed the redeemed one and leave the store one,

then the store one go up to 100% but stay at 100%, I select it and it ask me to purchase.

I do not want to purchase the game again, I used the code....

please help!...
