Discus and support purchasing downloadable content error. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so everyone has to problem of downloading error and it says cannot download due to location and they have to clear their system cache? well mine says...     so everyone has to problem of downloading error and it says cannot download due to location and they have to clear their system cache? well mine says unable to download because of the games ratings and im not permitted??? im allowed to play any games and
    its put to where I can and in my xbox 360 I have Nothing restricted. any help on whats the problem?

    I can't download the Witcher 2

    Same problem here, according to Xbox Live status page there are limited services on the 360, including purchasing downloadable content

    if it is a game demo then if you are a child account

    if yes then you have to wait till you are 18

    if not check your privacy settings as suggested above
