    I'm unable to purchase the dev license required to activate my Xbox Series X, it's only giving me the option to put in a promo code which I do not have. Is this intentional or is it bugged?

    The problem Dayton seems to be encountering is the same for alot of people.

    From what I can deduce the drop-down menu to select a payment option on that specific page is gone looking at the data of de page itself.

    Tried the process in multiple browsers on multiple platforms and all have it missing.

    Might be a think that will fix itself, might be a think that needs fixing.

    As of now users are unable to purchase the development license.

    It is possible to use a virtual machine in Dev Mode.
