    Purchasing "Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition"


    I just purchased the Legendary Edition Bundle of Destiny & The Taken King (Destiny: König der Besessenen - Legendäre Edition kaufen – Microsoft Store de-DE)
    digitally on my Xbox One.

    However, when I installed the game, it installed only Destiny (the base game) and The Taken King (with Expansion I, Expansion II, and The Taken King).

    Even though the "Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade" is supposed to be included in the bundle, this did not install, and even when I went into manage game, a panel never showed up for this DLC. When I go to the Digital Collector's
    Edition Upgrade by itself in the store, it shows "Unavailable" where it would usually say "Manage."

    This is my second negative experience with Destiny, and if I can't get the full bundle as advertised, i'm not really interested in having the game at all. Is there any way I can fix my access to this DLC or get a refund for the entire bundle??

    Purchasing "Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition"

    Having done a little more research, I've found this thread (www.bungie.net/.../209489226) from Bungie's website that seems to indicate the listing for the Legendary
    Edition is incorrect, and the Legendary Edition is NOT actually supposed to include the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade.

    If this is the truth, can I still get a refund on the item because it's an error in the Xbox store listing advertising the product incorrectly????

    Just to clarify, what edition of The Taken King did you purchase and when did you purchase it? You can check your purchase history on your
    Microsoft Commerce page. If you purchased Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition, according to the

    Xbox Store page    , the Collector's Edition Digital Upgrade is not included in that bundle. If you would like to acquire the Collector's Edition content, you can purchase the content from the

    Xbox Store     directly provided you already own the following:

    • Destiny
    • Expansion I: The Dark Below
    • Expansion II: House of Wolves
    • Destiny: The Taken King

    If you bought Destiny: The Taken King it only include the DLC but you will need the base game to play it. If you buy Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition, it will include the base game and the expansion.

    Sorry to hear it. In order for The Taken King to be downloaded separately you would have needed to purchase both of the previous DLC's AND Destiny on the same gamertag. If no one can access TTK then my presumption is that the game and content were each
    purchased on a separate tag.

    Your only option here would be to purchase the Legendary or Collector's Edition. It's a little more but will give you the game and all DLC up to TTK which you will be able to access and play on the console.
