    Hello, I've recently bought an Xbox One. I'm able to play many games with no problems but whenever I try to buy content it says that I don't have permission. I'm 19 years old and I'm able to play Battlefield Hardline but not buy Minecraft: Xbox One Edition.

    Day that the new camos came out on black ops 2 tried to buy them on the beta after I downloaded a 1600 msp card which converted to 20 dollars. Didn't let me buy them it said could not get authorization for this find a new or different way to pay. Called
    ms support they said that they don't know what to do post on the forums which I didn't because I assumed other people bad the same problem. So I waited 24 hours and tried again didn't work. After the update this morning I still couldn't purchase them. I'm
    starting to lose patience after all this waiting and every time I call they don't know what to tell me except to post on the forums so here I am finally. Now fix it or send me 21 dollars in cash.

    Hey there, Lazy14!

    I think it would stem from the service alert that we were having previously having but its best to try a bit more troubleshooting before we assume.

    I would try to power cycle the console using the steps here
    How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console
    first and see if that helps you out any.

    If that doesn't help. then I would try redownloading your account from Xbox Live following the steps here on

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One .


    Give those steps a shot and let us know how that worked out.
