    Purchasing content issue


    Hey, I have been experiencing lots of troubles with my Xbox. The following IssuePurchasing content issue :purchasing and Content usage. I don’t really understand, but it’s Preventing me from doing my every day stuff. This is very frustrating could some on please help.

    okay in some sense is this true but the credits cards and paypal issues are almost always the same issue

    i searchs on google for my answer even this error is not in the error wiki so thats makes it incomplete, but this has nothing to do with the billing department but with the Gateway Purchase API, but you know most topics about this subject are unsolved even

    Prior to the Beta its sounds like a common issue at the moment and one which has affected me; I could not buy anything online or on console event though all methods valid and enough funds etc.

    After contacting support here:
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us


    It turns out the issue relates to a risk block where by if you buy numerous items in a short time scale or have suddenly bought something after a long break then the system automatically lock your account to prevent fraud.

    To remove the lock please contact support as above and explain the issue.

    Be aware it took 5 days for a resolution so please be patient.

    This may have changed now you are part of the beta though – still worth a call to support.
