    purchasing coins for Bingo game


    I purchase coins & keys quite often while playing Bingo. If I make a purchase, sometimes it won't go through. Then when I try later (repeatedly), it will tell me I can't complete the purchase because I've already did it. Then it tells me to go to My games
    or My library to download it. How do I do this??? and why should it matter how many times I make a purchase??? Just give me what I'm buying, when I'm buying it..... Please explain.

    COINS DISAPPEARING!!!

    Bingo keeps stealing my COINS! I did not BUY anything with the COINS!! More than 70 COINS HAVE DISAPPEARED. Every game of Bingo that I have played COINS DISAPPEAR from My COINS in RANDOM AMOUNTS!!! I have lost count of the COINS AFTER 70 COINS
    DISAPPEARED!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

    Hey there, do you notice that the purchases do not go through at a certain time of day or does this just happen randomly? You library can be found by logging into the Microsoft Store on your PC then selecting your profile at the top. Do you see any content
    to "download" when you check there?

    I have posted this in the Community. No response yet. I also talked to Xbox by phone to no avail. Frankly I don't expect any help from the review of other posters. I'll just keep saving money on coin purchases . . .
