    Purchasing blocked to "only free content" please help.


    I had an xbox 360 previously and had no problems. I got an xbox one and just transferred the account. I redeemed a 25$ gift card but it does not allow me to purchase anything. In my privacy settings it says I am only allowed to purchase content that is free.
    I did not have this problem previously on the xbox 360 while using the same account. I tried going online to change these settings, followed the directions, but brought me back to the same page everytime. I could not access my privacy settings. I have been
    trying everything for almost 3 hours. I give up, can someone please help me.

    Something Sony neglected to tell during the conference. Nothing is free. Just like Killer Instinct is free with Jago being the only character without purchasing more.

    Is this the only content you cannot purchase? Are you able to download free content and content you have already purchased before?

    It says:

    "Your settings are blocking purchases of free of paid content. If you still want to buy this, first change your settings to allow purchases. Parents will have to change this setting for children"

    I have no idea how to change it or add his account to the adult account. HELP!

    Are you playing on console or PC?

    If the content is blocked in China, getting a link to it won't help you as it will still be blocked even if you purchase it.
