    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Are you getting any error codes when redeeming the codes? are you redeeming straight from the console or have you tried via the website? Also I'm assuming your using a prepaid card and not purchasing the points with a credit card

    Yo! Happy to lend some steps to try out, for sure. One step I would recommend, if you have the 5x5 code with you, is to head over and sign into this page: https://redeem.microsoft.com/?refd=support.xbox.com&wa=wsignin1.0 and then attempt to enter the code
    there. Are you seeing issues entering in the code when signed in on dotcom?
