    there's a problem at the moment and mass effect is getting close to releasing, so there BETTER NOT be any issues with launch there will be lash back is there's problems with this, I'm so sick of this server crap with Microsoft and the crappies Xbox preview

    Sorry for the issue you may be having with Purchase and Content Usage. Sometimes there may be a
    Service Alertout for Core services. During such times, some members may be having
    problems finding previously-purchased content or purchasing new content. There have also been recent alerts for signing into your profile as well.

    Whenever you receive that message on your console or PC, simply go to the listed URL,

    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status    , and it will detail the issue and any information related to it. You may also get the option to be alerted when it is over with a one-time only notification.

    If this signing out issue keeps happening when there is no service alert in effect, then you may wish to

    change the password to your account     as previously suggested by our Ambassador. Alternatively, it would also be a good idea to check your console's connection to the internet as well to ensure that it is stable. Xbox

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Has this issue been constant since you started using the Xbox, or has it only been occurring recently? What is the make and model of the router or gateway that you are using? An example of this is the Netgear(Make)
    R9000(Model). The reason we ask is due to the fact that some routers or gateways may have a known issue with disconnecting from Xbox Live randomly. Does an error message appear when you

    test the network and multiplayer connections     as XBF Amber M stated? Be sure to let us know the results!
