    I bought 3 £60 shark cards and it took my money from my bank but it said that I didn't have authorisation to buy it but it still took my money but didn't give me what I paid for, now I don't know what to do my bank says I bought 3 shark cards but I don't
    have the in game money, can you do something Microsoft thanks (and I had £175 in my bank)

    I am interested in purchasing map packs and add on's but I don't play online is there a way to tell if the add on's you are interested in are for online play or single player?

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with claiming a purchase you made.

    Are you able to see these charges on your
    Order history    ? Was this in-game currency?

    If you do see these charges on your account, and didn't receive the currency, we would have to refer you to the devloper of the title, as they would be the only ones that can provide you with those in-game funds.
