Purchasing a game download for multiple consoles

The account that purchased the game can download and play the game on any console. It should download as the full version. The only thing that would change it is if you are transferring licenses between the consoles.

If you're trying to download the game on 3 different consoles so other people can play, you would need to purchase the game on a different account.

The other alternative is to purchased games via game on demand and download them to the console.

As long as the gamertag that purchased the digital copy of the game is signed in to the console, you can play it at multiple console - Not forgetting to copy your game save onto the cloud storage to make it truely portable.

If you purchased the games digitally you can then download them to the all digital console as long as you’re signed in to the same profile that purchased them. Just remember you can’t be signed in on multiple consoles under one account.

Since you can delete and download a game multiple times or abort a partial download, keeping track of the actual download time is not possible.

For Xbox One games, as soon as you purchase a game, it should automatically download to your designated Home Console. So usually, the purchase date should be the same date when you first started downloading the game after purchase, if that helps.

Once you have bought something through live, you can download it again at any time without buying it again. And AFAIK, you can download it to any console. I have multiple xboxs and can download my purchases on any of them. However, on the consoles I didn't
buy it on, I am the only user to be able to access the games I download. On the console that I purchased from, anyone signing in can play the game/access the DLC.
