    What I find very telling is that earlier today they admitted that there were problems with purchases and xbl store, then the sign in problems but purchases were the first thing to be fixed. But if no one can sign in, how do you expect us to make purchases?

    Hi there,

    be sure to check if it shows any more information on
    http://account.microsoft.com     at the subscriptions and also the transactions sections, it might show a possible reason why no purchase can be made.

    If nothing is shown then you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone (or Microsoft Support Chat) they can look into why you are receiving the error.

    Hi!

    Have you tried from the website or from the console? If you've tried console and it doesn't work, try to hold down the power button for 10 secs and try again. In this way you should solve.

    It was released in the EU (where I am) and Japan, so it shouldn't be a region problem, but it's a while since it was released so something might've changed on the back-end.
