log in to your account look for order history and you should find an option to submit a refund.

we have XBox live, with monthly credit card billing. realized that past two months show purchases that we've not made. find my Microsoft account is accessible to me, but has another name attached to the account. A name that is not ours. I've tried
to clear this up through the microsoft support system, but keep going through circular responses. Any advice?

make sure you are logged in to the correct account. Compare your Microsoft account to your bank statements to see if you are indeed being charged. Perhaps these charges are your monthly Xbox Live bills?

We do not see any MicrosoftStore.com console purchases for your account. Our console offers were only for MicrosoftStore.com purchases. Purchases from physical retail stores are not able to be tracked by our program, and do not award Rewards Credits.
