    Purchases on Minecraft now showing up


    I recently purchased some items on Minecraft on the Xbox One, this is the only device i am signed in with for Minecraft.

    I have tried to restart my xbox multiple times but woth no luck.

    I got confirmation that the order went through via email but the purchases do not show up.

    I tried multiple times since i was thinking that it could possibly be an issue on my end. I dont really care about having the multiple purchases, rather i just need the content i purchased.

    This seems to be a common issue which is very annoying which i hope they fix.

    After account migration, I have to buy Minecraft for Windows Edition again.

    I purchased Minecraft before i migrated, is that the reason why nothing is showing up? I checked all purchases, and it did not show up.

    I bought Universal Studios Experience through Game Pass but it's not available to download on my Xbox

    Game DLC purchases would not show up under "Services and Subscriptions" as it is neither a service, nor is it a subscription. As it is DLC for Minecraft, is should show up in the game. Have you tried to start it from within Minecraft?

    I see that you did receive an email regarding the refund. What you would need to do is reply directly to that email and it will go to the billing team handling your case. Let them know specifically what happened and they'll get back to you.
