    Hi. So lately on my Xbox I have been purchasing items that did not go threw. I have finnaly figured out why this was happened. My WiFi wasn’t on auto and I had it on random numbers.

    In App purchases not working...

    I had same problem, and tried several advices with any result; solved for me resetting Internet Explorer advanced settings, and restarting Windows 10.

    Xbox one GWG download problem

    So then purchase the game on your Xbox One instead of xbox.com.

    Problem solved.

    Issue solved. Refunded the game and re-purchased. This seems a bit of a weird thing to do, but it worked.

    How long does it take to process a realm subscription?

    I solved the issue, the fix was to not get the 90 day, one time purchase. I tried the 30 day reoccurring and it worked.

    The Purchase on my bank account still labels the purchase as "Pending", unfortunately the instructions you gave me didn't work, is there anything else you would recommend to solve this issue?

    Wont accept credit card - x box live

    Problem solved. I went to staples, purchased a pre-paid xbox card, entered the code and it worked.

    My credit card and pal pal account work every where else. Xbox should really make the process easier. People are too busy to call billing agents or to try to solve a problem for xbox.
