    Purchases Not Transferring to my One S


    I made several purchases for Pinball FX2 on my first xbox one. When I upgraded to the one S, none of my purchased tables are showing on the one S. I emailed Zen, and they said it is a Microsoft issue. Can anyone help?

    Purchases Not Transferring

    I made several purchases for Pinball FX2 on my first xbox one. When I upgraded to the one S, none of my purchased tables are showing on the one S. I emailed Zen, and they said it is a Microsoft issue. When I select a pack and choose "manage game", the info
    says "this product is installed", but the tables are still not available to play. Can anyone help?

    Purchases Not Transferring to my One S

    Sorry to hear it. Please try highlighting the pinball game from the Home screen then press the start button on the controller and select manage game. From there go to ready to install to see if the tables are listed.

    If they are not you'll need to call phone support for more assistance with your missing purchases. Please click this link to get the number for your region Customer Support

    Depends .

    If it is a disk game and you are trying to transfer to an xbox one s digital or the xbox series s then no you are waisting your time

    Those are digital only consoles and disks installs require the bluesy or dvd to validate the install

    Digitally purchased game's can be transfered to save time yes

    If it's to an xbox one x or regular xbox one s or xbox series x disk and digital will work with them

    Yes, I purchased these months ago. On my Xbox one s, I have all the characters. I did a network transfer and it says installed but the characters are locked. But if I play my one s I can play all characters.

    License Transfer ( 360 to One S ? )

    You can't directly transfer anything from the 360 to the One. Anything you purchased on your account that is backwards compatible will show in your Games and Apps area under Ready to Install as long as you sign into the same account that purchased the games.
    I understand, but I meant Content Licenses; ONLY for example, say I transferred the licenses from my old 360 to a 360 slim, and then transferred the games as well with a 360 transfer cable; will I need to transfer the Content Licenses as shown by here
    before I can re-download them (the content that is backwards compatible at least) onto my xbox one s, or can I just erase my old 360 hard drive and just start "fresh" so to speak

    My question is this. I have a Xbox 360 S already and I am thinking of purchasing a new one, but one in the Black Matte style with a 250GB HDD. My current console has a 250GB HDD already in it. Can I use the new transfer cable that is meant for the Slim
