    Purchases Not Available


    I made several purchases for Pinball FX2 on my first xbox one. When I upgraded to the one S, none of my purchased tables are showing on the one S. I emailed Zen, and they said it is a Microsoft issue. When I select a pack and choose "manage game", the info
    says "this product is installed", but the tables are still not available to play. Can anyone help?

    I can't purchase anything from marketplace, even with my MS account or my Paypal. It always said that I don't have a valid payment options.

    If the question is whether PayPal can be used as a payment method for downloading games, then the answer is yes. Simply add your PayPal account details to your Microsoft Account (you can do this at
    https://commerce.microsoft.com) and then you can use that to purchase content from the Xbox Store.

    Check your Order History to make sure it is there. Redeemed codes show as a purchased game there. If you don't see it, perhaps it was redeemed on a different account.
