Purchases new Call of Duty, game does not download on X Box 1.

Having the same problem on MW with the missing data packs after purchasing new X box 1 X and re-downloading all games. Getting a error message of "purchase failed error code PILUM" when trying to download packs. Also using manage game menu, and re-downloading packs, still no luck and same error code saying missing.

Thanks for getting back to me. All other Call of Duty and other games work fine, its just MW3. I had to buy Call of Duty 2 in order to get Warzone2. It says its downloaded with MW3 but it does not seem to work. I have set the X-Box back to defaults several times. I have deleted everything off it and reloaded again. I done the delete Persistant Cache and clear the MAC etc. In short evrything that I found out online. Other games all work perfectly. MW3 freezes when it gets to the screen were it says downloading weapons database, and then my only option is to unplug then restart the X-Box as nothing else works. I did get a replty from Activision about a week ago but mothing since despite repeated requests. I'm considering sending the X-Box to Microsoft as it is still in warranty untill January 2024.

From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

Did you purchase Call of Duty Modern Warfare?

Call of Duty Warzone is free to download and play with an active Xbox Live subscription. The Call of Duty Modern Warfare campaign is not.
