Purchases made with PaySafeCard not being downloadable on my Xbox.

I have recently spent 50 Euros to purchase two games. South park stick of truth and South Park fractured but whole gold edition.

both purchases seemed to be completed on PaySafeCard website but both games are not on my console at all.

i checked my Microsoft Purchase History and only one of the games is shown as "completed" while the other game is not listed at all.

I tried to Powercycle my Console to re-sync it but it didnt work. Did i just lose 50 Euros???

thank you for responding, no i have tried everything
history doesn't show on Microsoft but it shows on my paysafecard that transaction was made £21- [Microsoft] i can show you the proof if needed also i got a email that purchase was successfully made by paysafecard them self

as you can see in the images purchase was made correctly but when i try download the game it shows that i don't own it can you please help me with this problem i'm really confused and stressed

Hi I've brought sea of thieves for £21 through paysafecard and on xbox,micrsoft it shows that i don't own the game at all and also my Microsoft history doesn't show the payment. but i have all the proof on paysafecard that i've payed and it took my money what do i do?
