Purchases/downloads going to wrong Xbox One/account

I figured this is easier to type then make a phone call since it is slightly confusing to explain.

Here is the scenario:

Eric has an Xbox One and his microsoft/live account.

Steve has an Xbox One and his microsoft/live account.

The Xbox One's are setup right next to each other, each on its own TV, but using the same internet connection/setup.

Steve's TV is larger and sometimes Eric signs in on Eric's account but on Steve's Xbox One (so far only to play Destiny).

Today, Steve was signed in on his account on his Xbox One and watching TV. Eric was signed in on his account on his Xbox One and downloading new games. First being Assassin's Creed Black Flag and Unity using a prepaid code. Second, Eric bought the Destiny
Season Pass. All 3 purchases confirmed and added to the Queue.

As it was downloading, Steve's Xbox One gave him the notification that Assassin's Creed Black Flag was ready to play. We looked into it and Steve's Xbox One had all 3 of the purchased games in his Queue as well. Steve cancelled all of them from his Xbox
One and we deleted Eric's microsoft/live account from Steve's Xbox One. Downloading is still undergoing on Eric's Xbox One.

Steve also wanted to buy and start downloading Destiny Season Pass. However, it says he already has it even though he never paid for it. So Steve uninstalled the Season Pass from his Xbox One. He even logged in to his Destiny Character and had received the
legendary sparrow as a gift for downloading the Season Pass. It now no longer gives him the option to buy the Destiny Season Pass, saying it is already purchased.

Eric logged into his Destiny Character and had not received the legendary sparrow as a gift from downloading the Season Pass. All 3 purchases are still in the Queue for Eric's Xbox One and Black Flag (the first purchase) is currently at about 50%.

What to do!?!?

HELP!!! Licence Transfer Problem

If I remember right you can do all that on the Xbox website in your account. And just queue it all up .

On your computer

To see your purchase history, go to Account Purchase History and sign in with your Windows Live ID (email and password).
Browse your purchase history. If you want to download something again, click Add to queue. This adds the item to your console’s download queue.
Turn on your console and connect to Xbox LIVE. The items will begin downloading.
Note Downloading previously purchased content to a different Xbox 360 console does not transfer the content's licence. If you want to use content without signing in to Xbox LIVE, you must transfer the content licence to the console. For information on how to transfer licences, see Can’t play content after console was repaired or replaced.

Purchased Doom back in 2010, now XBLMP prompts me to buy it over again

There are two places you can find your previous purchase. Either your download history by going to Settings/Account/Download History or purchase history by going to Settings/Account/Purchase History. You can also find your purchase history on www.xbox.com
after you are logged in by clicking on My Account/Manage Devices/Xbox 360 Purchase History and start the download here and the next time you turn on your console it will start the download.

Sometimes games are re-released and it requires you to access the original copy in order to re-download it without having to re-purchase it.

On your Xbox One go to My Games and Apps > Ready to Install and you game is there for download (or it might even be downloading in the queue right now!).

If not, you could have purchased it on the wrong account. Check this page to see if you're on the right account with the purchase:

Make sure you're on the same gamertag/email as your account on the iOS app and on your console.

Did it go to the wrong Xbox or the wrong account? If your account is shared, then the Sim 4 Island Living download will have gone to the Home Xbox (assuming it is set to download new content automatically). If the account is shared between your son and
daughter, you can simply download the content from her Xbox.

Sorry to hear you have run into these billing problems. If you have already completed the purchases and they have come up on your account it was simply because the wrong account was logged in.

Now I would suggest going through the
Digital refunds support page to request a refund for the transactions as they were accidentally made on the wrong account.

If you purchased an item, it will be in your download history..... You can NOT transfer items from one account to another. ( i maybe wrong)

Trolling does not help, enough issues are had with real Jordans..... Your digital footware options are this-----

1) Use them on the account you purchased them on.

OR,

2) Go without and use one of the many other options.
