Purchases Disappearing from my microsoft account on minecraft after linking my account to...

So, I had redeemed 2 creeper crunch codes and got the a la Muerte (or something) and the ice cream back accessory thing. And then, by suprise, my mother gets me minecraft for my nintendo switch so I have it on every system I own, and the first thing I do is link my microsoft account. Then I go back and look, they are gone. Not just those, but everything, free skin packs, free shirts, accessories from achievements, etc etc. If someone could please help that would be amazing!
