    My son bypass the passkey by entering the
    wrong information more than once the system then defaults to password access somehow my 6 years old son obtained my password and brought these items, 4359861472,
    6039207121, 9448175459, 5939252025 on 03/09 and 10/2021. And after I unlinked
    his Robux from my account and trying to avoid the fornite mishap
    it seems like I just wasting my time and wasted money trying to keep
    him from bypassing the system and knowing that my
    account password has not been changed for 7 years and
    that is a link to a few offsite applications please refund these
    unauthorized purchases as I am dealing with the situation with my son thank you. he knows nothing about term and policies but I do my sole purpose was to get games on the xbox my account was added and left there for its sole purpose of ease of access passkey was set to avoid such a mishap of unwanted purchases

    it can take a few days to process, also change your password so he cant buy anything, if he has a chold account add it to your account via microsoft family and set his spending to 0.

    According to the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), if you didn’t approve the charges and didn’t add your kid as an authorized user, the charges are technically considered unauthorized and you’re only liable for up to $50 in unauthorized charges.

    If a kid is making hundreds of purchases totaling thousands of dollars in a matter of weeks, there should be a way to flag as unusual activity and freeze the account until verified.

    I am hoping we can find a resolution.
