Purchases Being Made Without Authorization

Ok, so, I went into Microsoft Store and I noticed there was three purchases made for DLC for a game called Dragon Age: Inquisition. Might I remind you, I only have one email account for outlook and I pretty much use it on my Windows 10 PC and Xbox One
console .So anyways, I went into my account on microsoft site to see if these purchases were on my Purchase history, and to my knowledge, it wasn't. These purchases only show up on my Microsoft Store's purchase history and not on my purchase history on my
Microsoft account. Could it be that someone used my Xbox One console to sign in with there account, used my or a credit card to make the unauthorized purchase, removed the account from the Xbox console, and signed into my account to get rid of the evidence
online using the web browser I already had my main account signed into? I tried everything, changed my password, changed my email address, changed billing information, tried all the security measures and still nothing shows up. Please help me solve this, not
only that but I also receive email notifications regarding in purchases I did not make??? I'm stumped...

Hello. While this could just be a visual glitch, it's always worth taking extra precautions to make sure you are not being hacked / people are not logging into your account. As Steeledwand7664
said above, I would recommend taking those steps.

Don't believe it's possible that way. I think you need to link the card to that individual account.

So someone would need access to that. Contact your bank and alert them of the purchase just in case someone has your card info.

I would report the purchases to your credit card company as a fraudulent purchase. Then I strongly recommend you switch your email address and use a different password.

Please check again on the order history page on
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders if the Dragon Age DLC really doesn't show up there.

Usually, purchases you make on the Microsoft store also show up there (at least my console purchase and stuff appear there).

Since that page also has the tax relevant invoices and other billing information, it's highly unlikely that a purchase doesn't show up there, as any federal tax bureau would be ripping Microsoft apart until they found those "missing" tax relevant purchases.
