Just woke up to find 3 emails off Microsoft confirming the purchase of 3 items on my account. My card has been on my xbox/microsoft account for a long time and I not long also tried to remove the card but it gave me an auto renewal messaging stating i had
an auto renewal linked so i could not remove card. even after cancelling the auto renewal i still could not remove my card from my account.

Now I have 3 items that I have not made the purchase of;

1. Destiny: Legendary Edition £49.99 ( I would have not have purchased this as I have bought each dlc as they have came out on their own),

2. Goat Simulator £7.99 (just hate this full stop and would never spend a single penny on this)

3. Annihilation: Pack 3 [EN] £9.99 (no idea what that is)

I am absolutely livid, I have literally just got paid my monthly wages and already i am down £68 which now puts me short of rent for the month... i beg something can be done of this. And yes before anyone says, I have changed my Password, i changed it pronto
to finding the purchases and no i do not give my details out of my accounts because of this that is happening now!

OK. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? I Have been charged £30 for 3000 microsoft points that I have not purchased. i want my money back

While on the phone you can have them remove your card as well.

You should also check with other people living in your house to see if they had purchased these items.

If it appears, please read my initial message and run the test and send me the result.

All purchases made on the Microsoft Store appear in your account's purchase history. If you don't find it in the history, it means the purchase was not made with your account.

It means that purchases were not made on that account. All purchases made from the Microsoft Store appear in your purchase history. I recommend checking all accounts you used with your Xbox.
