    Where is my redeem code

    I appreciate the advice I received. But my problem is not resolved. I cannot access the Redeem code. First,I do not have an xbox. I purchaseed the Call of Duty season pass for my grandson for Christmas.. Could I log on to his xbox360 and receive the redeem
    code.. then he'll be able to have the season pass.? My son-in-law said that if I load the pass on my grandson's xbox using my logon, he will lose the games that he has already loaded. I know this is confusing, but I'm at my wit's end. I've tried Chatline with
    MS and was never connected. Thank you for your help.

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. You can see all offers for earning credits on the Missions page of the
    Rewards site.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Hi Troytheroy. Smwutches is correct. Your purchase went towards you MyVIP progress. Once you unlock a Star level, you'll begin to earn payback on your eligible purchases.

    Just read this post as i have had this same problem from launch. I too have call log records and emails but still no fix. I am unable to make any purchasees although i have credit.

    As we mentioned the gifting option is only available in the region it was purchaseed in

    You would.have to set your account region ro canada or us to.use the gold membership

    Depending on where he is

    Also changing yoir account region to somewhere you dont live in means you dont qualify for xbox 360 games as many are region locked

    however all ms point cards can only be used in the regional they werw purchasee in

    no uk points cannot be redeemed on egyptian account

    lemme guess you didnt like the content in egypt marketplace
