Purchased - Yet no link to D/L Assassin’S Creed® Iv

Purchased Assassin’S Creed® Iv and there is no link for me to d/l the game, there is a link for stores etc, I am in US, any help would be much appreciated.

Assassin’s Creed®IV Time saver: Resources Pack cannot be used

I have purchased Assassin’s Creed®IV Time saver: Resources Pack. But in the game, it says I have zero resource pack available.

So I believe this DLC hasn't been downloaded properly. In XBOX store, there is no download or install option, it just tells me to buy again.

Sorry to hear about the download issues! Just to gain more clarification on your issue, did you purchase it on the same account you're currently using? You may not be seeing the game if you've purchased it on another one.

There is also an Xbox Live Status currently that involves users that are trying to download content that they've purchased you can check out the
Xbox Live Status page for yourself. I apologize for the inconvenience you're facing.

 

Purchased it as I would normally, just there was no link to d/l, so now $14.99 out of pocket

 

What link are you referring to? Normally once you make the purchase, it automatically ques it up to download on whatever console is considered the primary console of the purchasing gamertag. It should just download automatically when you turn on that console.
Have you checked your download history? On the dashboard go to Settings>Account>Download History.
