    I recently purchased a "refurbished" xbox one from someone on letgo. It wasn't cheap, and didn't think too much at the time. I get home and thought why was it still in a refurbished box from gamestop? I asked the seller and he said he ordered it for
    his son, but his mother had bought him one as well (devoiced parents). I want to believe but have my doubts. Anyway to find out. I don't want to get in trouble.

    While I wouldn't say most people have NO issues as Borss says, I will say almost all of those issues are more complaints with the software, not real issues. A lot of people are disappointed by 1 or more things with the system, but, even with these complaints,
    most people are satisfied with the system overall.

    Read up on the reviews and what people are saying, and decide for yourself if the hardware and software are to your liking. As for the hardware failures, there is absolutely NO indication (from everything I've seen) that there is a high failure rate compared
    to any other new hardware launch. This is not the RRoD.

    This is probably the wrong place to ask. I would call XBOX offices directly, I think it is 1-800-XBOX, not sure though.

    Hopefully they offer something like this. It is pretty normal for companies to offer discounts for fundraising purposes.

    Contact support and speak to billing. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    No hardware probs on mine or the many I know that got one. The more time I spend with the UI the better it becomes, the little things that are missing can be added via software updates and I'm sure they will. Great machine.
