Purchased Xbox One X and was not credited 50K rewards points

Xbox Support,

I purchased on Xbox One X Scorpio from the Xbox store (instead of Amazon) because I read on Reddit that you can obtain 50K rewards points for the purchase. My order number is 8349635637, on the gamertag .

hi, I still have not received my 50k points? I purchased my Xbox one s on 25th November and been logged in and playing the Xbox since then, but no points have been credited to my rewards account?

Please could someone look into this matter and get back to me ASAP?

I recently purchased a one tear gold subscription and my reward points are not pending or credited

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
support.

 

They will tell you to post in a forum and wait for a response that might not ever arrive.
